Information about the limit of the number of participants

The limit of the registered participants has been reached. If you have not registered yet and if your paper/poster has been accepted for the conference, please send a message to with: your name, the TWG number and the title of the paper. We will get back to you.

By filling in the personal data form, you will be automatically added into the waiting list of participants.

All participants must be registered and in advance.

To register for the Congress, please fill in the on-line Registration Form.

Please note that the on-line Registration Form is only accessible with a password. Simply fill in the Personal Data Form and a password will be sent to you by e-mail.

Upon receipt of the registration form and the payment, a Letter of Confirmation will be sent to the participants. Please present the Letter of Confirmation at the Registration desk at the Congress venue to pick up your materials.

Early registration fees will only be confirmed if the registration form and the payment are received by the Congress Secretariat on December 20, 2014 at the latest.

Registration forms received after January 26, 2015 will not be accepted as pre-registration. Please do not send any registration forms or payments after that date. Please note that the number of participants will be limited to 550 on a first register - first serve base. The submission of a paper or poster alone does not guarantee a place, so we recommend to register as soon as possible. The final registration for the conference is only completed after the payment of the registration fee.

All participants will receive the Letter of Confirmation within three working days via e-mail or fax after the submission of their registration form.


Invitation letters for visa purposes can only be sent to participants who have completed the registration process. Further information regarding visa requirements can be found  here .

The registration fee includes:

  • ERME membership fee for the years 2015 and 2016 (20 euros for students  and 40 euros for others)
  • €15 contribution to Graham Litter Fund for financial assistance.
  • Admission to Scientific sessions, exhibition and poster area
  • Final Programme
  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Coffee breaks, lunch boxes, 3x dinners
  • Gala dinner
  • One sightseeing Tour 6.2.
  • Free PUBLIC TRANSPORT TICKET (received on-site at the registration desk and will be valid within the dates of the congress)

The registration fee for Accompanying person includes:

  • Welcome Cocktail
  • Lunch boxes, 3x dinners
  • Gala dinner
  • One sightseeing Tour for accompanying person 5.2.
  • One sightseeing Tour 6.2.


The Congress Secretariat must be notified in writing by e-mail ( or fax (+420 284 001 448) about the cancellation of the registration. Telephone cancellation will not be accepted. The appropriate refunds will be made after the Congress.

The following cancellation conditions apply:

Cancellations received Refund
before 1.12.2014: full refund of the registration fee less 30 EUR handling fee
1.12.2014 – 1.1.2015: 50% of the registration fee
from 2.1.2015: no refund

Name change (for groups only)

If you should be prevented from attending, you will be given the opportunity to send a colleague in your place. Name changes should be notified in writing to Congress Secretariat. A handling fee of 30 EUR will be charged for each name change.


Registration fees must be paid in EUR by one of the following methods:

1. Credit Card

For payments through the Online Payment System only MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa and Diners Club credit cards are accepted. These payments will be charged in EUR.

For payments using American Express credit cards please complete the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form and kindly send it signed by a card holder to the Congress Secretariat by fax (+420 284 001 448) not via e-mail for security reasons. The payment will be charged in local currency – Czech crowns (CZK) – at the exchange rate of the Czech National Bank valid on the date of payment. The approximate exchange rate is 1 EUR = 27,451CZK (June 2014).

Credit Card Payment Authorization Form can also be used for MasterCard/Eurocard, Visa (will be charged in EUR) and Diners Club (will be charged in CZK).

2. Bank Transfer

Please note that payments by bank transfer will only be accepted by January 26, 2015 After this date only payments by credit cards will be accepted (either by using the Online Payment System or by submitting the Credit Card Payment Authorization Form as mentioned above).
